To apply for a demolition permit, the City requires:
1️⃣ Owner Authorization Form – signed by the property owner.
2️⃣ Recent Status of Title – must be less than 3 months old.
3️⃣ MB Hydro Disconnect Request – Hydro must disconnect all electrical services before the permit is released.
4️⃣ Development Permit (if required) – Some demolitions need a development permit unless the building is unsafe or condemned.
